When you send an inquiry, Max uses your name, email, optional Instagram handle, project details, and acquisition information to respond and organize the project. Email updates require separate consent. You can request access, correction, removal, or unsubscribe by contacting @maxarmitagee on Instagram.
The site stores leads and subscriber records privately in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms against abuse. With your permission, page interactions and campaign parameters help measure how people discover the work; form messages and email addresses are never included in public analytics.
Cookies & marketing
Optional analytics and marketing tools stay blocked until you accept their categories. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent browsing or sending an inquiry. Your email subscription is a separate choice.
Essential: the first-party max_consent cookie remembers your dated, versioned preference for six months. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions.
Analytics: if accepted, site events measure page interactions. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics can run when configured.
Marketing: if accepted, campaign information is saved in max_attribution for up to 30 days and in session storage. Configured advertising tags can measure campaigns and personalize ads.
Global Privacy Control keeps marketing disabled. Do Not Track keeps analytics disabled. Changing your choice takes effect on this browser; turning a category off clears its accessible first-party cookies and reloads the page when needed to stop already loaded scripts.
Videos connect to YouTube or Instagram only when you choose to load them. Those services apply their own privacy policies. A cookie preference does not sign you up for email.
Max Armitage manages these records. Inquiry records are retained for project administration; subscriber records retain consent and subscription status. Unsubscribing stops updates but does not automatically delete your record. Confirmation emails include an unsubscribe link. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form or message @maxarmitagee. Resend delivers confirmation and notification emails, and Cloudflare hosts the site and its private data.
